The firm is family owned by James P. and Barbara A. McGovern, a dynamic husband and wife team with a wide array of business experience.

Barbara has years of experience as an accountant. She is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and can set-up, troubleshoot, train and utilize all aspects of the QuickBooks software on or off site. She also has experience in creating efficient organizational systems for businesses, recording transactions and reconciling accounts. She is an Enrolled Agent, (EA), and has experience preparing tax returns for individuals, S-corporations, corporations, partnerships, estates and trusts. There are only three types of professionals that can represent you or your business entity before any regulatory agency, lawyers, CPAs and EAs.

James has worked in several different fields throughout his career. He currently enjoys assisting businesses and their owners with realizing their marketing potential and reaching for it. He utilizes his skills as a software and web developer to build and/or revise clients’ websites to better suit their needs. His expertise in sales makes him the perfect solution to many marketing roadblocks. He has phenomenal attention to detail and an outgoing personality that would be an asset to any businesses’ marketing schema.
